For what purpose is your personal data processed?

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
    • To manage your possible participation in the current personnel selection processes within everis Group companies.
    • To manage your possible participation in future selection processes and to send communications about everis Group activities and recruitment events.

Origin and categories of data processed

The personal data that is processed comes from the information that you provide by completing the forms on the everis website or through the method used to join the selection processes.
Specifically, the following data is processed:
    • Identification data: full name, identification document, postal address, email address, etc.
    • Data from your CV taken during the selection processes.

In some cases, candidates’ data may come from third parties, such as employment websites, professional social networks, temporary recruitment agencies, recruitment consultants or headhunters, as well as education centres or universities, all of which are subject to their own terms and conditions and privacy policies

How long will you data be kept?

Your personal data will be kept for the period required to manage your participation in the current selection processes.
The data will be processed for the purpose of managing possible participation in future selection processes and sending communications about everis Group recruiting activities and events, as long as the interested party does not request its deletion.

What is the legitimacy for processing your data?

The legality of the processing of your data is based on free, explicit, informed and unambiguous consent. Your data will be processed according to the purposes previously expressed and always in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

To whom is your data communicated?

Your personal data may be communicated to everis Group entities involved in the selection processes, some of which are located outside of the European Economic Area. There is an updated list of everis Group companies at www.everis.com/global/group-companies, all of which are engaged in activities related to the provision of consulting services. 
Please also be advised that your data could be communicated to Data Processors, such as the following technological providers, some of which have processing and/or support centres located outside of the European Economic Area:
    • AMAZON WEB SERVICES, with servers in the European Union and adhered to the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement for managing information related to the provision of the service.
    • SALESFORCE, located in the USA. and adhered to the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement, for the provision of services such as creating online forms. 
everis guarantees that when your data may leave the European Economic Area, the same level of protection will be maintained based on compliance with the provisions set forth in European data protection regulations. In this sense, international data transfers will be made (i) to countries with an adequate level of protection declared by the European Commission (ii) based on the provision of adequate guarantees such as standard contractual clauses or binding corporate regulations or (iii) by virtue of authorisation from the competent control authority or other cases provided for within the law.

What are your rights?

The consent provided can be revoked at any time. Once revoked, which will not be retroactive except in the case of a legal provision that imposes such character, your data may be kept blocked for the period established by the applicable regulations. You can also ask everis for confirmation on whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, access it. You can also request modification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, you may request limitation on the processing of your data, in which case it will only be kept for the purpose of exercising or defending claims. You may also object to the processing of your data, in which case the data will not be processed, except for compelling legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defence of possible claims. Finally, when appropriate, the right to portability may be exercised to obtain the data in electronic format or to transfer it to another entity.
To exercise these rights, send a letter to the company's Data Protection Delegate, accompanied by a photocopy of your National ID No. or equivalent identification document, to any of the following addresses:
