We are looking for people with a high level of English for our IT Service Desk vacancies at the everis iCenter in Playa de San Juan (Alicante). The iCenter is a High Performance Center specialized in the provision of technological infrastructure services.
Some of your responsibilities would be:
- Ticket management.
- Process incidents, requests and inquiries.
- Incident support level 1 and queries that can be resolved in remote.
You would also support tasks such as:
- Microcomputer user support.
- Management contract manufacturer of hardware support.
- Features and System Support Operating.
- Installing new software on computers.
- Preparation of new equipment.
- Keeping boardrooms (TV's, PC's, Video conferencing, etc..)
