We are currently looking for Business Analysts to join our team in Amsterdam, to help everis in the delivery of various IT services with a European Institution. These are critical services with fixed deadlines, complex European audits and multiple technologies involved.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform the gathering, analysis, documentation and management of business requirements, business processes, business rules and related information.
  • Write project documentation, update and maintain application documentation, create functional specifications, impact analysis and use cases relevant to the implementation of new processes.
  • Define the necessary acceptance criteria, giving input to developers and test analysts.
  • Analysis of functional defects.
  • As part of the quarterly release delivery, to execute the testing cases.
  • Attend to client and internal meetings, being able to lead them bringing seniority, proposing improvements and best-practices to offer a better service.
  • Direct communication with project stakeholders.
  • Risk identification and management.
  • Write detailed user stories and use cases aligned with an Agile / sprint-based development methodology.
  • Provide support and analysis for the resolution of incidents, problems, requests and changes.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the business processes involved within the Public/Healthcare sector would be desirable. 
  • Functional Testing experience.  
  • Extensive experience in designing, developing and implementing solution processes and procedures. 
  • Substantial experience of the IT Project management lifecycle. 
  • Be customer focused with ability to identify and understand the customer's needs. 
  • Have creative problem solving and analysis skills with an ability to identify develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business. 
  • Any Business Analyst certification would be desirable: BCS, ISEB, IIBA CCBA or CBAP. 
  • Excellent written English communication skills, to the level required to own solutions and appropriate documentation.
  • Experience working with remote teams would be desirable.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years performing part/all the activities requested.
